Simple, transparent rates

Monthly rentals available by floor or the full building. All rates include standard use of the space and amenities.

Single Floor

$2,000/month

Rent one floor of the building. Each floor is approximately 775 sq ft with 2–4 private offices, ideal for small creative teams or studios.

Full Building

$5,000/month

Exclusive use of the entire building. Best value for larger operations, productions, or teams needing full access across all floors.

All rentals are month-to-month. Availability subject to confirmation.

Additional Fees

Cleaning Fee

$200/floor

$200 per floor, applied at the end of each rental period. Space is professionally cleaned before and after occupancy.

Security Hold

½ month's rent

Equal to 50% of your monthly rent. A pre-authorization hold placed at move-in — released within 5 business days after move-out, pending inspection.

Smoking Penalty

$500

The Lady Hammond is a strictly non-smoking property. A penalty fee is charged if smoking is detected on the premises.

Rental Terms

How billing, move-in, and tenancy work at The Hammond.

Minimum Stay & Billing

  • ·Minimum rental period is 1 month.
  • ·Billing runs on calendar months (1st – last day).
  • ·Mid-month move-ins are prorated for the partial month, plus the next full month is required.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • ·Check-in: 5:00 PM on the first day of occupancy.
  • ·Check-out: 11:00 AM on the last day of the lease.
  • ·Turnover window 11 AM–5 PM for cleaning and code reset.

Security Deposit

  • ·Deposit equal to ½ month's rent.
  • ·Held against damages, unpaid rent, or cleaning charges.
  • ·Released after move-out inspection.

Payment

  • ·Rent is paid via Stripe invoice or subscription.
  • ·A credit card on file is required.
  • ·Card may be charged for unpaid rent, damages, or cleaning.

Move-Out Cleaning

  • ·Standard cleaning fee of $200 per floor applies at move-out.
  • ·May be deducted from deposit or charged to card on file.

Insurance Requirements

All renters are required to carry a minimum of $2,000,000 general liability insurance naming the property owner as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be provided at least 48 hours before the rental date.
