The ground level of The Lady Hammond is designed as a fully functional studio environment, anchored by two dedicated vocal booths and a central control room / office. Whether used for audio production, recording, editing, or focused project work, the space is quiet, contained, and purpose-built. A welcoming front lobby provides a natural reception area for clients or team members, while the layout supports both independent work and collaborative sessions. A two-piece washroom is conveniently located on the floor. The Work Floor

Flexible, practical, and built for teams. The second floor offers a clean, adaptable workspace made up of four private offices, with the option to use one as storage, a meeting room, or overflow workspace depending on your needs. A central kitchenette with fridge provides a natural hub for breaks and day-to-day use, while a two-piece washroom adds convenience for teams working on longer schedules. The Upper Floor

Bright, open, and designed for longer stays. The top floor is the most residential-feeling of the three, with natural light, views over the Bedford Basin, and a more relaxed, livable layout. It includes three offices, a full-service kitchen with stove and full-sized fridge, and a shower — making it well suited for extended use, full-day work sessions, or teams working long production schedules. A washer and dryer within the building adds an extra layer of practicality.
